In a climate of respect and inclusion, Bethany Hill Place
combines housing with learning opportunities to help our community’s
most vulnerable families develop skills, strengthen their lives,
and build financially stable futures.
Since 1994, Bethany Hill Place has combined housing with learning opportunities to give the community’s most vulnerable adults, children, and families the foundation they need to build long-term success. To make the greatest impact, we require involvement in education and/or training as a condition of residency and provide an array of programming to support personal goals. These resident-centered learning opportunities and individualized supports empower our residents to develop skills, strengthen their lives, and create self-sufficient futures.
As a community and as individuals living and working at Bethany Hill Place, the following values, which reflect the core values of our founder and sponsor, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston, define and inspire us.
We strive to welcome and be kind to all. We show respect for individual differences and offer inclusion and support.
We believe that growth and empowerment come through education.
We feel belonging, pride, and ownership for this community.
We learn from and teach each other. We set an example for the next generation.
